Buying
4D Tickets
Where
can I buy 4D tickets?
At any of the agents distributed throughout
the Sabah (East Malaysia).

Is
there a stipulated minimum age for the purchase
of 4D tickets?
Our agents will only accept bets from any person
who is aged 21 and above.
How
many draws can I buy tickets for at any one time?
4D numbers may be brought for 4 consecutive draws,
commencing from the date of the current draw.
Caring for the Ticket
How
do I take special care of my 4D tickets?
Do keep tickets in a clean, dry and safe place.
Don't stain, iron, wash, bend, fold, crumple or
expose 4D tickets to heat.
If
my 4D ticket is torn, will I still get my prize?
Prizes will only be paid for valid winning ticket
that are legible and in good condition. However,
the company will attempt to process torn ticket
provided all torn portions are intact and crucial
information on the torn ticket is still legible.
However, this must refer to our respective area
office and subject to approval.
Can I still make a claim, if I lose my 4D ticket?
The rules of the 4D game stated that prizes are
payable to the holder of the valid winning ticket.
Therefore, any claim in respect of the lost of the
winning ticket will be rejected. That's why it's
vitally important that you keep your 4D ticket in
a safe place.

and where are the draws held?
Time: 7pm sharp (Malaysian Local
Time) every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Approval
of the ministry of finance.

are 4D draw is conducted

the draws opened to the public?
Yes. As long as you are aged 21 years and above.
You are welcome to witness the draw.

I participate as witness in the draws?
Yes. If you are aged 21 and above. You can be selected
an official witness of the draw.
What
will I get for participating in the draws?
A token sum will be given out to the selected participants
in each draw.

must I bring along to claim my prize?
Of course is your winning ticket as long as
your identity card or passport.
Do
I have to go personally to claim my prize?
Of course the answer is "Yes", you
must collect your prize personally devoid of anybody
to help you to collect the prize.
Are
prizes paid in cash or by cheque?
Prizes up to RM 2,200 are normally paid in cash.
Prizes more than this are paid by cheque. However,
cash payments for larger prizes can be made subject
to availability of cash at the outlet at the time
of claiming.
What
is the valid period for claiming my prize?
Prizes may be claimed up to six months from the
date of the relevant draw.
